Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

We can exchange for a different size or item, depending on stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Store Credit

If the item you want isn’t available, you’ll receive store credit for the full amount paid.

Store credit is issued as a digital code and does not expire.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, accessories such as hats, socks, and undergarments are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full store credit at no cost to you.
